Workshop for Artisists, Dancers, Musicians, etc.:
Expanding & Strengthening Creativity & Performance

Creating and performing are endeavors that engage the mind and the body in particular ways. The focus of this workshop is on how we use ourselves physically to generate ideas, sensations, and experiences that inform and result in images, movement, and sound. The workshop offers participants an opportunity to learn about how they do what they do and how to develop reliability and variation, in order to realize and to grow personal creative and performance abilities.

This workshop is ideal for people who wish to:
• Define their own artistic style, identity, or voice
• Broaden artistic expression, capacity, and range
• Improve performance reliability and adaptability
• Dissolve creative blocks or overcome plateaus
• Avoid, address, and diminish related injuries
• Integrate an artistic life with a practical one

When: Three Monday Evenings, 6-8:30pm.
(Dates are listed below. Attendance of all three sessions is required, along with an initial half-hour individual appointment prior to enrollment.)
Where: Walnut Creek
(Specific address is given upon scheduling of initial appointment.)
Cost: $200
(This includes the three evenings plus the half-hour individual appointment.)
