Infidelity
Being cheated on can be devastating. The entire vision for your life can be shattered by it. Sometimes it comes as a complete shock, while in some cases, it confirms suspicions and makes all too much sense for how you have been feeling.
Just as you would go to a doctor for a broken bone and need to do physical therapy to rebuild your strength, so too must a relationship fractured by infidelity seek substantial professional support.
The work may be a matter of ending the relationship with less harm to yourself, each other, your families, your shared friends and community, and perhaps your children. However, in many cases, this event marks the beginning of a journey, one of discovering and deepening in your relationship.
