Expertise in Somatic Psychotherapy
It was my experience as a client that lead me to my interest in somatic psychotherapy many years ago. Being reasonably intelligent myself, I understood my issues and the causes of them, but making changes – how to change, how to be different than I already am eluded me.
I feel fortunate to have found somatically oriented mentors from whom I received a rich combination of treatment as well as clinical training over the past ten years and ongoing. It is this way of working that shifted me from idle insight to meaningful action.
My appreciation and commitment to this way of working inspired me to form the Center for Personal & Relational Development, a non-profit agency dedicated to supporting the professional community, development and ongoing work of somatically oriented therapists.
